Most homes around here were wired somewhere between the fifties and the eighties, for a household that ran a television, a fridge, and a toaster.
Now the same panel is running a home office or two, a microwave and an air fryer on the same kitchen circuit, mini-splits, maybe an induction range, and a car in the garage that wants sixty amps by itself. The wiring didn't fail. The house grew and the panel didn't.
That's what a breaker that keeps tripping usually means. Sometimes it means something worse — an overloaded circuit running warm behind a wall is a real fire risk, and old aluminum branch wiring and un-grounded outlets are still out there in this county. Either way it's a question with an answer, and the answer starts with somebody competent looking at the panel.
That's the whole job. Find out what your house is actually drawing, then give it the capacity to do it safely.
