A Failed Inspection Costs More Than the Electrical.

A failed rough-in doesn't cost you an electrician. It costs you the drywall crew standing in the parking lot, the re-inspection fee, and three days off a schedule that didn't have three days in it.

So we build to pass. Every job is wired to current NEC standards, permitted in the village it sits in, and coordinated with the inspector before anyone shows up — not after. Panels get labeled. Corrections get documented. The work is finished when it's signed off, and not before.

That's not a promise about how much we care. It's how the work is run.

[XXX] inspections. [XX]% passed on first submission.

The Process

How the Work Runs.

The same sequence on every job, from a single circuit to a full build-out.

  1. 01

    Free Quote

We come to the site. We look at the actual panel, the actual space, the actual problem. No quotes over the phone.

  2. 02

    Inspection

Optional panel and system check, so the estimate accounts for what's behind the wall — not what we hope is behind it.

  3. 03

    Digital Estimate

A written, itemized estimate you can forward, compare, and file. Line-item scope. No verbal numbers, no “we'll figure it out on site.” [Most commercial estimates delivered within [X BUSINESS DAYS] of the site visit.]

  4. 04

    Approval & Schedule

You sign, we schedule, and you get the dates in writing. Permits pulled before the crew arrives.

  5. 05

    Installation

Licensed electricians on site. Work to code, labeled panels, cleaned up. Inspection coordinated and walked through.

Before You Ask

Questions Procurement Always Asks.

Are you licensed in my village?

Illinois licenses electricians at the municipal level, not the state. We're [ICC-certified] and registered in [LIST VILLAGES]. If your job is somewhere we're not yet registered, we'll tell you before we quote it.

Do you pull the permits?

Yes. Permits are pulled and inspections scheduled by us on every job that requires them, and coordination is included in the estimate.

What are your insurance limits? Can you name us as additional insured?

[$X]M general liability and workers' comp. COI issued [same business day], additional-insured endorsements available on request.

Can you work nights and weekends?

[Yes — retrofits and service work in occupied spaces are routinely scheduled after hours so the space stays open. After-hours rates apply.]

Do you take purchase orders and issue W-9s?

[Yes. POs accepted, W-9 on file and available on request, net terms available on approved accounts.]

What's your minimum project size?

[No minimum for existing commercial clients. New commercial projects typically start at $X.]

How fast can you quote?

Site visit scheduled within [X business days], digital estimate delivered within [X business days] of the visit.

Who actually shows up?

Our own licensed electricians. [We don't subcontract commercial electrical work.]
